Update on Customization Services for New Year 2022

Happy 2022! The Ayotree team sincerely wishes you a healthy and happy new year. We thank you for continuing to do your part in uplifting the world through education and we will keep doing our part to provide the technology to make that happen.

We want to inform you that we must temporarily pause on taking new customization requests starting January 1, 2022. Along with the rest of the world, Ayotree has faced business and personal challenges caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. Primarily, we want to give our team members more time to focus on their personal health and their families, so that they can do their very best work when they’re at work. Another part of our decision to pause new customization requests is the backlog of development tasks that have accrued while our teams have been affected by Covid-19.

We want to assure you that we will resume accepting customization requests as soon as possible. The various challenges from the pandemic have also caused delays in our ability to improve and evolve our main software system. Giving our teams some room to catch up on tasks and take care of themselves will result in better customer service and better software for all Ayotree customers. Our current expectation is that new customization requests will be paused for at least three months. We will update you each quarter on our progress.

Thank you for staying safe and protecting others around you. Together we can find effective ways to help others learn while we gradually return to a world free of the pandemic.
